Long established Fine Italian restaurant located in Albany,NY. Professional wait staff. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of this 40 plus year old history of serving delicious meals to everyone who comes here. Ann, part owner of D'Raymonds, greeted us upon arrival. From the past of smoked filled booths to current. She made you feel welcomed. From wine to dessert, you knew you would leave satisfied. If you have never been here, what are you waiting for? I would strongly recommend reservations.

The mafaldine pasta—those elegant, ruffled ribbons—cradle a velvety cream sauce that’s both rich and restrained. Each bite is a gentle wave of comfort, kissed with briny sweetness from perfectly cooked shrimp, lobster, and scallops. The green onion garnish adds a pop of freshness, while cracked black pepper brings just enough edge to keep things interesting.
